Produced with 100% blue Agave from Jalisco Highlands. We select the best blue Agave from our plantations after 6-8 years once the agave is ready to be harvest.

Our tequila is elaborated though a traditional process cooked slowly during 8-12 hours in Autoclaves Ovens. Rested for at least 1 year on French Oak Barrels. We make small batches to preserve the finest quality. Use handmade bottles from Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, made with recycled glass.

Body: Full-bodied, unctuous, with high adherence in the glass (slow descent of tears or legs).

Nose: Balanced sweet woody aromas are found by the French oak barrels’ tequila rest.

Palate: Smooth, warm and soft on the palate.

Soft oak barrel notes, notes of cooked agave, subtle smoky notes.

Nose: first nose slightly agave and herbal notes.

Palate: Sweet fresh agave taste notes. After a sweet, mild, start the degree of strength is maintained as spicy and citrus notes appear (pink grapefruit, orange, lime). A balance of aromas and flavors with a distinctly linear intensity. Sweet sensations in mouth.
